Rafael leads Strawberry Brand Studio through exceptional strategic direction, driving results and steering the agency’s development toward long-term success. Since joining Strawberry, Rafael has led the expansion to the US and developed several internal metrics to optimise agency processes to allow Sylvia and her team to focus on crafting the best brand identities and online experiences for our clients. Rafael counts on over 20 years of experience in international wealth & asset management, private equity and cross-border deal structuring across US, Europe and Asia. His previous roles include Vice President of Wealth Management for UHNWI at Credit Suisse Singapore, Senior Portfolio Manager at Banque Privée Espirito Santo in Switzerland, among others.
